customer service to the Medical Center and the University community.
Office Products manages over 1,400 copiers which include digital
copier/printers and multi-functional devices. We offer low monthly
payments and quality service. We monitor every service call and provide
unlimited free training for users.
We also offer short term leases, in special circumstances, and place equipment in outlying areas when the Duke community extends beyond the Durham area.
Billing
Departments are billed monthly through the University's accounting system.
Update Customer Information
If you are already leasing a copier and need to
update any customer information, use our handy Update Information form and submit your changes
online.
Service Calls
We notify your copier vendor and guarantee prompt, courteous service. Our vendors
generally respond to service calls within four hours. We keep track of all
service calls to watch for problems. Ask us for a printout of your copier's service history at any time.
