Keeping pace with ever-changing trends and the growing expansion of digital technology is our goal. From the smallest desktop copier to fast, feature-reach walkups, our convenience copier program provides quality products and customer service to the Duke community. Office Products manages over 1,400 copiers and multifunctional products (MFPs). Our products are configured with intuitive features to help optimize your office productivity. We offer low monthly payments, which includes user training, service/repair, and all consumables except for paper.

We also offer short term leases, in special circumstances, and place equipment in outlying areas when the Duke community extends beyond the Durham area.

Ordering Made Easy in 3 simple steps.

1. Fill out our Request For Information and we will be in touch to help you find the right copier to fit your office needs. We carry many popular Aficio, Canon, Sharp, Lanier, HP and Xerox models with a variety of speeds and features.

2. Once we receive your Request for Information form, we will contact you to set up an appointment. We will recommend a copier for you based on the anticipated volume or any special requirements your office may have.

3. When we receive and process your completed contract, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.


Departments are billed monthly through the University's accounting system.

Update Customer Information
If you are already leasing a copier and need to update any customer information, use our handy Update Information form and submit your changes online.

Service Calls
We notify your copier vendor and guarantee prompt, courteous service. Our vendors generally respond to service calls within four hours. We keep track of all service calls to watch for problems. Ask us for a printout of your copier's service history at any time.
