Computer Store :: Return Policy

The original sales receipt must accompany all returns. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the date of sale. All returns outside of this return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Hardware
Unopened computer hardware and accessory products may be returned up to 30 days from the date of sale. Opened computer hardware and accessory products will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Software
Unopened current version software products may be returned up to 30 days from the date of sale. Opened software products will be exchanged for like product only. There are no refunds for opened retail software products or licensed software and manuals.

Service Parts
No refunds on service parts. Defective service parts will be exchanged for a like part only up to 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days from the date of purchase, defective service parts will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Order Cancellation
Custom configure-to-order (CTO) computers from Apple are NOT eligible for stock balance, return or price protection privileges. Apple configure-to-order systems (part numbers beginning with Z) received by the Computer Store and subsequently cancelled or declined by the customer will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee.
